Applicants are kindly asked to follow the registration procedure below. All persons attending the congress must be Members of CID, as well as registered congress participants.
For visa requirements and funding initiatives all applicants are strongly encouraged to complete their registration as early as possible in order to receive their official certificate of registration and to be included in the program.
1. Send by email your professional profile, describing your activities and how you would like to participate in the congress.
2. Send 120 euros (55 euros membership fee plus 65 euros congress registration) for each person attending the Conference. For students 60 euros ( 30 euros membership fee plus 30 euros congress registration). If you are already a member of CID, you will only send the congress registration. The payment options and bank accounts are listed below.
3. You receive a certificate confirming that you are a Member of the CID having fully registered as conference participant. With this certificate you can contact sponsors and/or apply for a visa to the European Union.
Only in case the above way is not possible, then:
a) Send a cheque in US dollars.
b) Through www.paypal.com (recommended) or Western Union (contact us before for details).
c) Send cash in a registered letter or by courier (to expedite and avoid bank charges)
d) Bank transfer (add $ 7 for bank charges) Make sure to include your full name so that we can identify your payment. We reply immediately upon receipt.
